What is your shop minimum?

Our minimum is $150 for any tattoo under an hour. If a piece takes longer then an hour, you will be paying the artist’s hourly rate which varies per artist.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, if our artists have time that day. If not, we will be more than happy to schedule an appointment with you.

Does your studio do piercings?

We do not offer piercings. Sorry! we can however recommend local studios that do.

Will you do entirely white ink tattoos?

We highly recommend researching aged white ink tattoo photos. Fully white ink tattoos tend to yellow and fade quickly to turn into more of a scar. It is at the artist’s discretion to execute a piece such as this.

How much will my tattoo cost?

That depends on many factors. Such as, how many different colors are used. The more colors, the longer the piece will take. The size of the tattoo, as well as the specific design and where the placement is on the body are also factors. For clients unable to stop by in person to discuss tattoo cost, we would need an image of what you would like to get; or at the very least, a detailed description, We also need to know the size and placement of where you would like the piece. More accurate quotes can be given once you and your artist has finalized the design, etc.

What should I expect and how do I prepare for my first tattoo?

We take pride in making our clients feel as comfortable as possible during the tattoo process. We know tattoos can hurt and any distraction can help ease the pain, There are multiple TV’s for your entertainment. Earbuds and a smartphone are also recommended. It is advised that you don’t get tattooed on an empty stomach. Please eat at least a few hours before your appointment. If you have a long tattoo session it is recommend to bring some snacks. We have drinking water for your convenience. There is also food and drinks available walking distance from the studio.

Will I get to see a design before my appointment?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a design before the appointment. All tattoo design is done the morning of your appointment. Every piece is a collaborated effort between you and your artist. They will sit down and design it together to ensure your satisfaction with the final piece of art. Once your artist is finished designing they will begin the tattoo.

Do you cover up tattoos?

Some tattoos just can’t be helped unless laser lightened first; in some cases even that won’t make a difference. Others can be more easily fixed. The best way to determine this is to send us a picture of what you would like covered to info@tributetattoostudio.com, along with what you would like to cover it with.
